Start by cutting out a long triangle out of the beige cardstock to make the cone (you can use a brown permanent marker or crayon to draw the lines for the cone). Next, cut out 3 small triangles out of the white cardstock and glue like ice cream scoops on top of the cone. Now glue on the cotton balls on top of the white cardstock and let dry a little. Mix water and a bit of washable kids paint in a cup. Prep droppers and you’re done!
